That would be cool

God will not give you the opportunity to get that data.At your last paragraph, you can treat people anyhow you want for all I care, but getting offended or something when the same is done to you is stupidity.
I once rejected a job offer, and the HR started chasing me up and down with phone asking me why. As if, if it was you, you would tell someone you denied a job why you're rejecting him. I didn't say anything and when she got tired she stopped calling.
You are not doing anyone a favour by recruiting them, they sweat for the company, you shouldn't treat anyone like trash.
He has the gut to ask what's going on as if he's any special, I blame people that will tell him their real reasons in this case. These recruiters should be left hanging just like they use to leave candidates.

- Nov 07, 2024, 04:52 PMThose candidates you rejected don't have emotions, you're the only one with emotions and we should start pitying you😭.
Or we should feel for you because you are a job provider.
You guys better be having plan B with your interview time instead of crying around.

- Nov 07, 2024, 04:46 PMApplicants make research about companies and if it's not a place of their dreams, they wouldn't burn their time and resources on your interview. Know this and know peace, those remaining 18 people did nothing wrong.

Very little, most is as a result of toxic frustration.
I'm glad they're now having a portion of their own poison, more await them.

It's their turn now, they should feel little out of what job seekers go through as well, that part of Rejection. That's how it feels, he should stop whining and better start treating staff right if he's a company owner, if he's not he better suggests to the management it's better to treat people right than hiring and firing or hiring and frustrating people till they resign.@bolded, how about those that voluntarily resign? Don't worry about not being a qualified candidate, train him and stop saying craps, we all get perfect on the job.He wants 18 more people he would end up wasting their time instead🤣

- Nov 07, 2024, 04:24 PMThere's a saying that "When the frail of heart joins the fray, the hunter becomes the hunted."
This is exactly what's going on here, if I do my research about your company and it's not worth my time, I will cancel the interview invite even if I discover what wouldn't make me work in your company just one minute before the interview.
And yes, I wouldn't notify you.
How many people have you told the reason you rejected them?
It's tit for tat

So it hurts, that's exactly how it feels when they say their usual 'we'll get back to you' and never do.
Sorry dude, those guys don't just want to be unprofessional by telling you they wouldn't be attending, it's what you taught them. Enjoy it till everyone develops sense.
We apply, you snub...you say we don't qualify.... nobody dies.
You call us for interview you delay us for several hours for selfish reasons... nobody complains.
You invite us for interview, we get to the venue or open the app to join virtually after several preparation, you fail to show up (@Bigowl wrote something related to this some times back )...nobody dies.
After the interview, you say you'll get back while you never do...nobody dies.
After the interview, you send rejection email...nobody dies.
It goes on like that, yet you want to scatter your own head because some applicants don't attend your worthless interview.
The way some shitty people think they are god and anything they do can't or should'nt be reciprocated baffles me.

He says when they reach out to job seekers to invite them for interview, to their surprise, these job seekers finally don't show up even after some of them already confirmed they would attend the interview.🤣🤣🤣
The act of Job seekers not attending an interview especially after confirming they would be present.
What do you guys have to say about this?
