My hosting service provider just changed control panel, how do I manage a site I built on a site builder which was present in the former control panel but not included in the new control panel?

Study the new control panel very well, and try and look it up online, get information preferably from their community, if the site builder is in anyway one of their embedded services. If not, you only have one option, which is managing the site through the root directory/ file manager, and for this, you'll need coding.

One of the major reasons why even web designers are advised to learn coding. However, in addition to what @Bigowl just said, the site builder should have its platform allowing users to login directly. For instance, you can login to your dashboard on WordPress through the Softaculous in the control panel or directly from WordPress admin site/platform. So check that out.

@Congra I have tried checking that out, it's sitejet builder and they do not have that feature. You must access the builder through your control panel, either Cpanel or Plesk, those are the two control panels that sitejet presently run on. Guess I'll have to get a developer anyways. Thanks guys.

I had my suspicion you were referring to sitejet from the start. Funny thing is, they do not even render support to their users directly, you have to go through your control panel. You'll be on your own when you have serious issues especially now that you no longer use a supported control panel.
My suggestion would be that you should just migrate to another reliable builder like WordPress, you get support everywhere. You even get solutions to issues on blogs when it comes to WordPress. If the site isn't fetching you money, no need to get a developer yet, just migrate and have peace. You can import the sitejet site on to WordPress or create a new site from a subdomain and redirect your sitejet website to it, you could equally delete the sitejet site and reimport the content to your usual/major domain. Just ensure proper backup before deleting. That way, you'll have your peace.

I use Sitejet and I know what I face when it comes to support. They are very annoying, they direct you to Cpanel or Plesk all the time and the support staff of Cpanel have no clue about sitejet(I don't use Plesk, so I don't know much about that).

The process is just not funny. If you are on shared hosting, the problem becomes doubled as you can never get their support because you can't contact Cpanel directly. It's just annoying.
