Can anyone here help? I'm trying to link my contact email to contact form on Sitejet web but all effort failed so far. I thought it should sync automatically when email has been inputted but no, it's not delivering messages to my inbox when I tried.

Why not contact your host or raise a support ticket on cpanel?

I think it should sync too, once you already add your email to general contact information.

Thanks, I will do that.

For those hosting with them, I think they have a kind of configuration. Try sitejet community and see if you could get a clue.

Shereefah

-Click on any of the contact boxes to edit e.g messages, name, phone/contact

-You'll see "show form setting" box placed somewhere underneath the element when trying to edit

-Click on the " show form setting", scroll down, you'll see email (marked), if unmarked, you'll need to mark its box.

-Input your email in the "Recipient" box.

-Save, republish and try sending a message through the contact form on the site.

That should work.
