You could be a web owner or a website manager and you just observed the SSL lock icon (SSL padlock) is displaying on one browser and not displaying on another.

For instance, showing on Chrome but not on Safari or it's showing on Firefox but not on Opera or it not displaying at all after website propagation. Here's how to go about it.

1) Login to your Cpanel, it should take you to Tools
2) Scroll down to DomainIMG_20240209_144035.jpg
3) Click on Domain board, it will take you to where you can enable force display of HTTPS
4)Tick the box - enable force display of HTTPSIMG_20240209_144751.jpg
5) Wait for few seconds so as to get a notification display stating you have successfully performed the action.

After that, check your website on different browsers and you would see the lock icon showing on all. Please note you may need to clear your cache, incase it doesn't show on time.
