Go to your Cpanel, scroll down to security and select Modsecurity (Cpanel --<Security --< Mod_security) then you turn it off. That should work.
Turning off mod_security should be temporary though, hence you should try to turn it back on after sometime and see if the issue no longer repeats itself.
