- Feb 13, 2024, 06:16 PMQuoteThis works like magic. It's the 6th day and I can't deal with it anymore. I'm cooking rice as I type this.Lol @bolded. I told you, it's not something anyone can do for a long time. It could cause defect to an individual mentally if prolonged. In fact I wouldn't recommend it for anyone on a norm but you were looking for the fastest way.
I crave rice like anything right now and I feel way light, can't say how many Kg I lose already but I feel it in me, I feel so light. All the food I have been eating, honestly nothing matches rice.
Rice is bae mehn.

From experience, not eating staple for that period could make you shed some reasonable weight. Our staple here is "rice".
However, you have to substitute the staple for another real energy-giving food. I didn't eat rice for a week or thereabouts and I ended up knowing why it's called staple.
Don't do this for a long period, 'cause it could affect your mental health.

Thank you @Ruthk,but I'm lazy when it comes to workout and fasting 😭. Let's see how the rice diet elimination goes. I will tell you guys about it after I try.

I don't think it's something achievable within the mentioned timeframe. But workout or intermittent fasting would do wonders.
Don't do the two together please, just one. Before you say it's me that taught you.

@Shereefah, you asked me to join the forum and I have joined . It's a great place to be.
Now the first thing I would like to discuss is how do I lose weight in one week?
Let's see if I could get solution from here.
