I can operate joint account with my partner but I cherish my independency so much and I don't expect her not to have her personal life to live as well.
Therefore, we must both have separate accounts together with our joint account. The joint will only be for savings to help us acquire our major desires.

I think it's a good idea because it helps manage their finances. However, no one knows your spouse like you do, so it's left to both individuals.

It's no big deal if they really adore each other.

Joint account shows how much the couple bond. I can only do it if I trust the spouse really well.

It depends on their choice. I personally will not operate a joint account with my wife, because what if I need urgent money and she isn't in a good position to acknowledge.
