JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Interact with clients via various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to provide information, resolve inquiries, and assist with any issues they may encounter.
2. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, explaining the company's products/services, terms, and procedures.
3. Address client complaints, concerns, and questions, and work towards finding satisfactory solutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate persons when necessary. 4. Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively answer client inquiries and provide relevant information.
5. Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products or services that could benefit them, contributing to revenue growth.
6. Gather client feedback, suggestions, and insights to help improve the company's products, services, and overall client experience.
7. Mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise between the company and clients, ensuring a positive and professional outcome.
8. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, and correspondence for future reference
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelors degree in communications or any related field – Minimum of 4-5 years experience in client services or in any related role – Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset – Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail – Ability to multitask and manage time effectively – Patience and resilience in handling challenging situations
