Genius however, is far more about inspiration than perspiration, of course you have to put in effort but it's more of inspiration.
I guess what Thomas Edison was trying to point out to is that after getting inspired, you have to work it out, you have to put in effort so as to get the inspiration developed and useful for humanity.
Without working it out it becomes nothing and it dies in you.

Genius comes with inspiration, they have more inclination towards being easily inspired.Thomas Edison said genius is about 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration, you are saying otherwise...

Extroverts can't be genius? Is that what you mean?

In my opinion, all introverts (especially the thinkers) are capable of being genius because they get easily inspired in their alone time. Most great science genius we have in the past were introverts e.g Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Abraham Lincoln e.t.c.Ok, all those you mentioned were said to be INTPs.

- Sep 07, 2024, 05:39 PMShort Answer - INTP (intelligence Quotient)
Long Answer - Anyone could be a genius irrespective of their personality type. Especially when talking about skills, you might be a genius in a particular profession, subject or you just posses a unique natural skill.
