Quote from: Yace on Sep 06, 2024, 07:34 AMWhy's everyone talking as if you work for the company? They might just want to add a fun period to their employees' total holiday which I see nothing wrong with.
Did you read the part where an employee earlier said she's too occupied with work, and for that reason cannot even keep a relationship?
Only a company where the top executives are full of negative energies organizes unreasonable system like this.

I once worked in a company where we work 60 hours or more a week and all the CEO cares about at the end of the day is employee get-together (team bonding), when most staff are supposed to be resting, the management comes up with team bonding shit again. So they can post pictures and people could think we were being treated well.

Who cares about team bonding when you could reduce my hours to 40 a week and let me have time for friends, families and other important things in my life.
Is 60 hours weekly not enough to bond with the team?
The money spent on this shitty team bonding yearly could be sum together and employ sufficient staff even if not sufficient, adding one or two more people would be meaningful and relief some of us, but no, they won't do that.

Go find out from the staff of that company, even the so called tinder leave may not be approved as expected.

Those kind of organisations will suck you dry, nothing is fun about them.

If you have worked in a toxic environment before, you'll know things like this is usually part of their toxicity strategy.

Lol. Funny dude, I'm sure the leave won't be more than 3 to 5 days in a year. Tinder leave my foot!

Or the management think having time to get a partner is only what matters, what about the time to keep the partner?

They think? Who told them the bolded. It's so funny how few people in an organisation conclude they can just sit and think for the majority.
Did they ask the staff what they want or what they actually need?
Worse thing is these people thinking aren't the ones doing the real job. Your staff need their own time to themselves, "work-life balance" as it's usually called @ Whiteline group not Tinder leave.

The company's management are something else.
You get the point here, they want them to be suffering and smiling, instead of them adjusting their employee's busy schedule. They seem to be users.
Nonsense and Tinder leave.

Funny...I think it's the same company that owns Tinder and they want to use the opportunity to promote the App.

Thai organization offers Tinder leave to workers

Whiteline Group has marked every one of its workers on to the higher-layered Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum memberships.
An organization in Thailand has offered an eccentric advantage to representatives - Tinder leave.

Showcasing firm Whiteline Group reported in August that from this point until December, staff will be given paid time off to seek after heartfelt relationships on the dating application.

"Our staff can utilize Tinder leave for dating with somebody," the organization said in its LinkedIn post.

Nonetheless, it didn't state how long were dispensed for Tinder leave.

Notwithstanding the downtime, the organization takes care of the expense of the greater layered Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum memberships for all workers. These individuals can see who loved them, coordinate with individuals from everywhere and send a note with each Super Like.

The offbeat drive was set up in a bid to support prosperity among representatives, revealed 9News Australia.

The organization honestly thinks that being enamored expands satisfaction and this will add to expanded efficiency, say media reports.

The drive began after the organization's administration heard a specialist say she was "excessively occupied" to have a romantic relationship, detailed the New York Post.

Representatives who need to use their Tinder leave will be expected to place in seven days' notification.

The organization was established in the Thai capital of Bangkok and has around 200 workers, as per its site.
