There are also special antiperspirants made for feet, even the usual ones we spray on our armpits could be used on feet as well, depending on the brand, some brands are very good and usable on any sweaty body part.
Socks is sufficient anyways, as for me, no need to go through the stress of spraying the feet. Wear socks before the shoes, that solves it.

However, armpit sweat is as a result of general body sweat, other parts of your body are sweating too, reason an adult covered shoes smell, especially sport shoes, due to the fact that your feets also sweat. You only can not feel other areas because they are more opened to breeze, so as the sweat is coming, air is also doing the needful by getting it dried.
Armpits might accumulate some sweat coming from other body parts before air could dry them out, don't forget it's a hidden place not opened and easily accessible to air like other parts of the body.
If you stop creaming, general body sweat will greatly reduce and you may no longer experience embarrassing sweaty armpits. If you can't stop creaming however, (because I know a lot of people can't, especially ladies) maybe it's high time to considered changing your body cream, there are some body creams that promote excessive sweating (reason some people sweat more and on some major parts e.g the face), try other ones, your cream might be oil-based moisturizer, these type of moisturizer makes you sweat, go for oil-free moisturizer instead, that will reduce sweating.
Shalom.

You are just lucky you are always dried.Thank you
For someone like Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex to be experiencing it, you should understand it's not about AC, not shaving or any other thing related.
@Op, just get a very good deodorant with the combination of antiperspirant as @Shereefah said, these kind of deodorant dries on the spot even without sufficient air flow, one of the things that make them unique. So if you're rushing out no need to wait till deodorant dries, those ones dry almost immediately on their own, although they could be very expensive, but will definitely worth every penny spent.

Just observe your wears and sort accordingly, trash the ones you finally dectect is causing this issue, irrespective of the amount you purchase them, even some very expensive fabrics could be culprits. And when you go to purchase your wears, always ensure you try every wear out and observe how you feel in each, especially how you feel in your armpit areas.
Is it breathable?
Do you feel a bit of heat immediately you test it on yourself?
Is it light or heavy on you?
Those are the things to consider.
Use deodorant that has the combination of both antiperspirant and deodorant (2in1). Lady speedy stick is a very good one I can recommend. It's a sticky deodorant and It's pretty good for this kind of condition.
I hope this helps.

I'm asking because it might just be because of the materials of few of your fabrics. If you observe it only happens when you wear certain clothes then you need to dumb the clothes, that means they're not breathable materials and are not suitable for adults.
It happens to me when I wear some certain materials and once I notice it, that particular fabric is getting dumped ASAP, or I turn it to something I only wear at home if I so much like it, but I won't step outside with it again be it when it's cold or hot.
You know you could have a clothe and like it as much as wearing it more often. This rings a bell and I'll stop the suspected clothes and see. Thank you @Yace

Majority apply antiperspirant before deodorant but it wasn't working for me that way, I changed the style by applying deodorant before antiperspirant but ensuring the deodorant dries first.Alright, although I have tried the two methods. I'll still see what I can do, maybe change the product's brands like someone suggested. Thanks
Everything changed since then, perhaps it was due to some reactions in the chemical between the two products I'm using, I really do not know, but it got corrected.

How ventilated is your environment?
All adults have this issue to some certain level, although I know it's more in some people but I believe if your environment is well ventilated and you aren't involved in rigorous activities, thing would change for better.
A friend of mine was living in a decked house sometime ago, something like the image below.
He complained he was always sweating even immediately after leaving the bathroom and whenever he was rushing to work, it's whole lots of sweat because deodorant wouldn't have chance to dry before he steps out, it was when he left that things changed, so if you stay in a place with excess heat, you may try and change your environment if possible.
