Just got this freezer and it's not cooling, I called the store I got it from and the rep that picked the call said their technicians are closed for the day. She promised one of them would come check it tomorrow.

I would just like to confirm if anyone here have an idea what the problem could be.

Bro, you got money to get a fridge or freezer at this period? Where you got the money from?

Lol. Be serious, I really need to confirm if the issue is from my side or where I got it from.

Smiles. Wish I could help honestly. Just hold for the technician tomorrow bro.

Just connect a stabilizer with it. The bigger the freezer the powerful the stabilizer but you could try out with any size of stab you have at home at the moment. New or not, fridge/freezer need stabilizer to work really well.

Wonderful, it's the stabilizer, tested and confirmed, I fixed the one I used with some other appliances with it and it worked. I'm gonna get its own stab specially tomorrow. Thanks buddy
