We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Software Engineer to join our innovative team in the fintech industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, a proven ability to lead teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Oversee full-stack development, including web APIs, database integration, and UI/UX design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to enhance performance and reliability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the fintech sector to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fintech industry, with a focus on .NET technologies.
Previous experience in same or similar role.
Demonstrated team-leading experience, including task delegation, performance management, and mentoring.
Strong expertise in C# programming language, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Comprehensive understanding of web API and database development concepts and patterns.
Experience with front-end frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) is an advantage.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
A proactive approach to leadership with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
Experience working on B2C products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Focus on technical documentation.
Full stack understanding of web API/database development concepts and patterns.
Experience with working with API Documentation.
Skills:

Development experience with C# programming language, .NET Framework, .NETCore.
Microsoft SQL Server database skills.
Ability to work closely with Engineers and designers.
Experience working on B2C products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Focus on technical documentation.
Full stack understanding of web API/database development concepts and patterns.
Experience with working with API Documentation.
