Is there any self test to discover how well the blood is circulating?

If yes, please share

Mafy

You may experience cold feet and numbness of the hand and feet if you have issues with proper blood circulation.

Lawrenceville

Some parts of your body can swell and get accompanied with pain if blood isn't flowing or circulating well. Please note that swelling alone isn't really the problem here but if it comes with pain, that could be a sign of less blood circulation.

Ticam

Shortness of breath is commonly a sign of improper or inadequate blood circulation

Urguy

You can press some parts of your body, like toes or fingers to see how quickly they turn pink. It should take 3 seconds on a norm but if it's more than that, you may have issues with blood circulation

- Tingling in the arms or legs
- Muscle cramps
- Angina
- Pain in the lower part of the body e.g hips, butts, thighs or legs when you're walking or active which could go down after rest, all these are symptoms of poor blood circulation.
Don't ignore the symptoms because poor blood circulation could lead to other illnesses or be a sign of other illnesses.

I hope this helps.
