No single lie here.

Unfortunately, in the corporate world, those are the people they see as befitting rulers, I call them rulers not leaders because they have no single clue about leading, they only use others to get the job done, manipulation is all they have in their head, nothing more. Same in politics, these set of people are the ones there together with psychopaths, narcissists, sociopaths and machiavellians.
Reason most part of the world is in total shambles, until we change the way most people see leadership, things will never get better, selfishness will keep crumbling the entire society.

Interesting thread.
Fs will definitely be selfless compared to Ts because they're fully aware of other's need. I think when you have Fe as 1st or second cognitive function, you'll even be more selfless.

I know many people with Fi as first and second cognitive function that are very selfless as those with Fe. I think the major difference between them is that Fe could be more vocal about their feelings than Fi, talking about selflessness, no much difference from experience.

You can't be the devil's advocate and be a good leader, NEVER.
However, you'll be the right-hand person to the devil.

What does this have to do with being a devil's advocate?
A devil's advocate is just someone who argues a popular opinion or idea and it's a good way to test if the idea has any defect.
It's a way to enhance critical thinking, they are needed in organisations.

Lol, you were only told the good side of it
The bad side?
Where you know something is wrong and you 100% have to support the wrong because of selfish reasons or when you know an action is right but you need to oppose it (what's right) at a 100% rate because of selfish reasons
What's that?

They are needed in the organisations (every body with their own uniqueness), but certainly not at the final decision making or top leadership level.

Feeling types are very selfless but nobody is 100% selfless.

The most selfless I know are, INFJ, ENFP, ESFJ and ENFJ

However, they are all selfish in some ways as well, reason I said no one is 100% selfless.

ENFPs are selfish in term of ideas, they at all means want to impose their ideas on others. They usually believe in what they believe and they think that's usually the final, they could also be selfish with their extroverted livestyle, an ENFP can cancel an important meeting if he's in control because some friends suddenly invite him for one unusual party. Good thing about them is, as they grow older they tend to understand these are not really good and they change with time.

INFJs are very selfish with their space, I mean very very very, but only their space. If you can let them trust you anyway, they can reduce the selfishness and accommodate you to greater extent. Even at that, they can only give just few people this opportunity.

ENFJs selfishness come with their selflessness, what I mean is, they are people's pleaser and as such they could be unduly selfless at times which could lead to selfishness.
Look at it this way, if an ENFJ has 100 Pounds, her brother needs 70 Pounds and her boyfriend's sister (boyfriend not husband) needs 80 Pounds.
An ENFJ would prefer to give her boyfriend's sister the whole of 100 Pounds (it's not even the boyfriend himself that needs help here), this is a very unhealthy way of giving and it means pleasing others especially strangers so they can praise you is more important to you than your own family. They also believe they're planning their future right this way so as not to lose a husband to be and this is exactly what selfishness looks like, this kind of thing is very unreasonable. Although, if they have it in excess, they will share it accordingly.

ESFJs are selfish but their selfishness comes with the expectation of being praised, their's is just far better than that of ENFJs. They want gratitude and praise every time as a result of not being selfish to you and if you don't give them, it hurts them. This shouldn't be, but that's how they're wired.

The good thing is most of them change a bit as they realize this pattern hurts others, especially those close to them.

After these four, INFP and other feelers can follow.

As for selfishness, I wouldn't like to point a finger, what's certain is, all thinking types are very very selfish.
To rank them? I don't even know which is better.

In the early years of an INFJ, they aren't initially that tight with their space and private live. However, they get hurt by people due to lack of sensitivity in all manner as time goes and they end up thinking it's better to keep their space to themselves.
Do your thorough findings, you'll discover they were not always like that but because they're minority and they're mostly positive, they find it difficult to relate to most negativities in the world and they end up doing that so as to protect themselves from several hurts and disappointments.
If you ask me, I would say it's better for them in as much as they finally have few they could relate with.

The way I read about INFJs, I would like to really meet one.
Most claiming the personality are either mistyped or lying, especially those claiming it online.
I know someone that used to claim INFJ but was later discovered to be ISFJ, she was mistyped though not as if she lied, she was the one that noticed some things about herself and redo the test. After she did it 4 to 5 consecutive times, she became sure she's an ISFJ.

Zqlprince

Yeah, they're not common at all and one thing about MBTI is, if you aren't matured well or haven't attained a complete adulthood stage, you can easily be mistyped.
Take for example, at adolescent you're mostly influenced by peer pressure which could even affect the way you think.
So getting mistyped at this stage is normal.

If you say INFJs are selfish with their space, what about INTJs? INTJs always close the door to their space for everyone, no matter who you are to them, not minding even if you are their significant other, their parents or any other person on earth.
Worst thing is, they'll first make you have the impression that they're accessible and shut the door afterwards, that's what an INFJ would never do, whether they want you to have access to them or not, INFJs will make it obvious.

Lol, I already said I don't think any thinking type is better when it comes to selfishness.

Don't let us even go there, an INTJ friend that wouldn't bother to ask of anyone, wouldn't bother to check on you when he knows things aren't going well with you, was telling some of our circle we are all not kind because no one checked up on him when he was kind of down of recent.
Really? Personally I thought he could always fight whatever comes his way because that's the impression he made me have, and it seems you're intruding him if you try to press or to show any form of care, he wouldn't do the same anyway.

Look here Avomoton, If we start writing about thinker's selfishness, we wouldn't stop till eternity, perhaps we just need to ignore that side. All I know is, none of them is better.
