Please who knows the best cryptocurrency platform where I can easily and seamlessly convert coin to Naira at the moment. I was using Binance but since the federal government banned Binance trade in the country, I haven't gotten any better platform. All these local platforms have much of negative reviews on the Play and App store.
Recommend a good trading platform please.

Once you get use to the interface, that's all. Binance really need to do better when it comes to support though. They should not be leaving people queries to bot.

Most of the platforms are problematic, I quitted Bybit when it was giving me verification issue. The same ID I have used for verification on several occasions suddenly became rejected by Bybit, I just gave up. I'm also looking for a platform I could seamlessly be trading.

Not at all, you can trade certain amount without ID verification, just like Binance. Haven't done verification since I started trading there, and I have traded multiple times.

They have support on twitter, and it seems to be very active and functioning, just search for Binance Customer Support on twitter (X), and there's a link attached to the page for support as well, guess that goes to their site, I haven't used the link though.

Another good thing about the platform is the their instant support, I got lost when I wanted to trade through P2P, I was thinking I would register my local bank account on the platform, not knowing I would just give my account details to the person I'm exchanging with. I chatted their support which is just a tap through away from my profile and the response was clear and swift. I like the platform, I did everything on the website but will soon download the app. Nice one

Hi guys, I would just like to tell you something I observed not up to an hour ago.

I wanted to sell crypto and started the P2P transaction with one of the buyers. Do you know this person marked as paid just a minute before the trade time expired?
He marked as paid but didn't pay. After waiting for some minutes, thinking perhaps it's the bank's network issue, I sent him a message to let him know I didn't get the fund but no response.

I sent another message asking of any proof of payment even if it's a screenshot of debit alert, no response.

Then I created a dispute concerning the trade, an agent joined and requested proofs from both of us, I provided mine almost immediately with some information from my bank account.

Could you believe this buyer didn't provide anything until 2 minutes to being 20 minutes when the Coincola agent had joined?
One of the highlights on the platform says if he doesn't respond after 20 minutes, they'll take action (whether to ban him/her or something). It was at this point that this buyer wrote "Let me check" and within two to three minutes after, I received it. That was exactly the point at which he sent a screenshot of the bank transfer.

What I'm trying to say is this, be very careful guys. Do not release your crpto before confirming the payment. Always ensure you confirm the fund in your bank account before you release your coin.

Let's assume I was a newbie in the trade, this buyer might have scammed me. I might have rushed to release the coin without confirming from my bank account.

Coincola is great, but there are fraudulent traders on every P2P (pair to pair) trading platform. And the platform isn't an exemption, DO NOT RUSH TO RELEASE YOUR COIN, always ensure you confirm the money drop in your bank account first.

I would have said it could be a delay from one of you guys bank but the fact that he was responding at the die minute makes everything look so suspicious. Thanks for the update.

I doubt, because every platform that uses P2P form of trading always tell you beforehand to ensure you confirm first before release, their support might still help to get in touch with the buyer, but we both know that might not be so easy. It would have been complicated already.

I bet he wouldn't have expected you would contact the dispute department. He would have just tried his luck maybe you would release by mistake and believed that if you didn't you would just pass and trade with someone else.
You did well, I hope you left him/her or whatever the gender could be a negative review. So others could have a clue.
