Have you ever forgotten an answer to a very simple question?

Have you?

Or maybe something you have read and remembered earlier just suddenly disappeared from your memory.

I hope this is not a health challenge.

Not quite long, I was in an interview and was asked a very simple question but I totally forgot. We moved to the next question and all went well apart from that particular one that I forgot. It was a very simple question just as you wrote up there.

Towards the end of the interview, I remembered the right thing to say but I decided to let it slide. You know why?
I thought the interviewer could think I'm slow, I just left it there and didn't blame myself.

It happens and it's nothing to worry about since it's not happening too often. The did had been done, don't stress yourself about it, just let go, the outcome doesn't really matter, in the process, I believe you gained something, which is you having the picture of that particular answer in your memory after the situation, this could be useful next time. It's a spilled milk, stop worrying.

In my year 2 in school, I read so much for a test and ended up forgetting everything. A test I missed and begged so much to write privately, it was a shame. I still ended up with good grade after the exam anyways.
I think it has to do with the mind, when the mind is unsettled it affects the memory. You do not need to beat yourself up, just move to the next phase, the earth is bigger than that.

Everyone forgets, even the silliest thing sometimes. I think it becomes an health challenge when it's too often.
